You can pay with MEPSCASH using the ATM cards issued by the following financial institutions:

Affin Bank

AmBank

Bank CIMB

Bank Muamalat

EON Bank

Hong Leong Bank

Maybank

Public Bank

Bank Islam

RHB Bank

Top Up at ATM

You can top up at more than 6,000 ATMS nationwide displaying the MEPSCASH logo

Using the ATM, the e-Cash you top up is deducted from either your savings or current account:

The minimum top up amount is RM10.00

The maximum top up amount that the card can store is RM2,000.00

It is easy to top up at the ATM

Depending upon individual bank’s ATM, the menu for MEPSCASH top up is usually under “Other Transactions”:

Insert your ATM card and select “MEPSCASH Loading” menu

The screen will display the available MEPSCASH balance in the ATM card

Press “Yes” to top up and select from either your savings or current account

Enter the amount of e-Cash you wish to store in the card and confirm your transaction

Collect your receipt and ATM card
